MINI MOUNTAINS 3-4

At Mountain Jiu Jitsu, our Little Mountains program for ages 3–4 is designed as an early character development experience, using movement and play to shape the habits and mindsets that help young children thrive. At this stage, kids are learning how to listen, follow directions, take turns, and interact positively with others. Through fun, structured Jiu Jitsu games and age-appropriate activities, we help them build focus, patience, self-control, and respect, all within a safe, encouraging environment where effort is celebrated and confidence grows naturally.

 

Each class also supports important physical development, helping children improve balance, coordination, body awareness, and basic movement skills. Just as important, they learn resilience. They practice trying new things, falling safely, getting back up, and keeping a positive attitude when something feels challenging. Our goal is to give young children a strong foundation not only for athletics, but for school, friendships, and everyday life. At Mountain Jiu Jitsu, we’re proud to help your child grow stronger, more confident, and more capable, both on and off the mat.
